MTR N Scale M Train Model Development Progress - Production & Color Sample

The N Scale M Train model has officially entered the final prototyping and production stage! This time, we take you behind the scenes for a closer look at the factory production line and the latest painted samples—giving you an early look before your train model arrives.

To ensure smooth delivery for this summer, the factory's production lines and testing facilities are now fully prepared. Given the intricate structure of the N Scale M Train, multiple manual assembly processes are required. Each model set also undergoes operational testing prior to dispatch, ensuring all functions meet quality standards before shipment.

A first look at the packaging design is now revealed! With the M Train operating on the urban lines, the packaging features a station mosaic theme—adding a distinctive local touch. For customers purchasing both the basic and extended set, the full 8-car train formation can be neatly stored within the extended set's collection box, making it convenient for storage and to bring your train model out for playing!

To achieve optimal finishing quality, the M Train's finishing uses a combination of techniques, including mold-positioned spraying and steel plate pad printing. This time, the factory also applied stronger adhesive ink to enhance certain edges and fine lines.

We also tested the N Scale M Train across different diorama settings—including underground tunnels and viaduct tracks, to recreate highly immersive and realistic railway scenes.
