2. How to Place an Order

 

To place an order on MTR e-Store, please register an MTR Mobile account via MTR Mobile app or click “Register / Login” to sign in your MTR Mobile account.

You can also place an order without creating an account. However, you will not be able to create your own Wishlist, check the record of delivery address, earn/ convert the MTR Points, as well as check your order history.

 

Placing an order:

i.   Select item(s) and add them to your shopping cart

ii.  Click “Checkout” under shopping cart

iii. Validate your shopping cart and select the delivery and payment method

iv. Click “Proceed Payment”

v.  Fill in your personal information, delivery address and pay for your order

**Order confirmation emails and order-related communication will be sent to the email address you provide. Please make sure you provide a valid email address**

vi.  Click “Place Order” to complete the transaction

vii. Once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation email.

viii. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number. Visit the "Orders" section of your account, you will find the details of your orders.

 

Remarks:

If "Order Confirmation" e-mail cannot receive within 3 hours, please email to estore@mtr.com.hk for enquiry.

 

 

3. Payment Methods

 

We accept the following methods of payment:

• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• FPS
• Alipay(HK)

 

Remarks:

If the message of failure payment shown after the payment transaction process, please contact your credit card issuing bank or service provider for enquiry.

 

 

4. How to earn/ convert the MTR Points on MTR e-Store

 

a. Earn MTR Points

Upon spending HK$5 or above, every HK$1 spending, you will earn 1 MTR Point. MTR Points will be calculated according to the actual paid amount of a single transaction capped at first five thousand Hong Kong dollars (HK$5,000), times the Basic Earn Points Ratio.

You need to purchase item(s) after logging in to your MTR Mobile account to earn the MTR Points. MTR Points will not be granted to any purchase before logged in to the MTR Registered Account.

Upon successful purchase made with login MTR Registered Account, MTR Points will be credited into the Registered User’s valid Registered Account within three (3) working days.

Remarks:

Delivery Fee is not counted into spending amount

b. Convert MTR Points

You can convert MTR Points into cash for shopping now! To convert MTR Points, you need to log in your MTR Mobile account with enough MTR Points.

Converting MTR Points:

i. Click “Covert Now” under Order Summary in Shopping Cart page

ii. Input one-time verification code

iii. Click “Confirm” after choosing or inputting the amount of MTR Points wish to convert

Note: Each order can be settled by MTR Points up to 30% of the subtotal amount.

iv. To adjust the amount of MTR Points, click “Edit” and repeat the steps above.

v. Upon confirmation, the corresponding MTR Points will be deducted instantly from registered users’ account. No cancellation or point refund is allowed.

 

 

5. How to add item into Wishlist

 

See something you want and wish to pend for next shopping? Store it into your Wishlist after logged in your MTR Mobile account.

Adding item into the Wishlist:

i. Click "🤍" or "🤍Add to Wishlist”

ii. Click Wishlist on the top of right-hand corner and you may find the items you want
