• Your activities and transactions on the e-Store (whether on or through mtr.com.hk, MTR Mobile App, www.mtr.com.hk/estore or any other related domains) of MTR Corporation Limited (“MTRCL”, “we”, “our” or “us”) are governed by the terms and conditions below, and the specific terms and remarks presented on the relevant page for the item of product or service concerned (including but not limited to on payment, collection, refund/replacement of damaged item(s) and/or any other terms and remarks as MTRCL may prescribe) (collectively, “General Terms and Conditions”). By submitting your order on the e-Store, you accept and agree with these General Terms and Conditions.
   
• Our handling of personal data from or relating to your activities and transactions on the e-Store are in accordance with our e-Store Personal Data Collection Statement (“e-Store PICS”) .
   
• In addition to the General Terms and Conditions and e-Store PICS, your access to and use of the e-Store (including your activities and transactions thereon) would remain bound by and subject to all other applicable policies and terms and conditions of MTRCL, including but not limited to MTR Mobile T&Cs and PICS. In the event of any conflicts or discrepancies between these documents, the General Terms and Conditions and e-Store PICS would govern and prevail insofar as the matter pertains specifically to the processing or handling of your order, otherwise the MTR Mobile T&Cs and PICS will govern and prevail.
   
• For product(s) which has/ have not been collected after the redemption deadline, the purchaser or subscriber will be deemed to have given up his/ her right for redemption. No refund will be made under such circumstances.
   
• While we endeavour to reproduce the exact appearance and colours of the relevant products offered on this site as the physical products, such product images are for your general reference only and we do not provide guarantee on this. Changes to the photos and details of the products and/or services displayed/offered for sale/supply on the e-Store are possible without prior notice. We reserve the right to amend and revise our offer prices and delivery charges from time to time without prior notice. You should check the applicable price and charges before you finalize and confirm to submit your order on the e-Store.
   
• All items have limited stock and are only available while stock lasts. We also reserve the right to revise or reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any orders. If such case happens, we will notify you using the email provided when placing the order.
   
• MTR only grants buyers a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use the “Year of the Ribbit Ticket Set Series NFT” ("NFT"). Buyers cannot modify the NFTs nor use the NFTs for commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertise containing the NFTs, produce merchandises, etc.
   
• Products and/or services which may from time to time be offered on or through the e-Store may be supplied by MTRCL, any relevant MTRCL Subsidiaries (if any/where applicable), and/or any other third party merchants that manufacture/distribute/sell/supply/promote them. Unless any specific guarantee or warranty is expressly provided in the relevant e-Store page for the specific product/service item concerned, to the fullest extent as permitted under applicable laws, MTRCL and/or our Subsidiaries fully disclaim any and all representations, warranties and/or guarantees of any nature (whether implied, statutory or otherwise) for or in connection with any or all of the  products and/or services on the e-Store (including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for purpose, quality, availability, correspondence to description or sample, non-infringement, title, completeness, usefulness, accuracy, reliability, care and skills for service and/or time for service performance).
   
• For any products and/or services from any other third party merchants, the display, offering and conduct of any transactions for these products and/or services on or through the e-Store do not in any way constitute or be deemed as MTRCL’s endorsement, affiliation and/or approval of any such third party merchants and/or their products and/or services. MTRCL shall not be liable or responsible for any third party merchants, products and/or services, and/or for your transactions with any or all of them. For avoidance of doubt, your transactions for third party products and/or services may be subject to further terms and disclaimers (if any) from those relevant third party merchants. You are responsible for handling and managing any queries and/or disputes that you may have for any third party products and/or services with the relevant third party merchants directly.
   
• No transmissions over the Internet can be entirely secure. For any third party systems (including but not limited to third party payment systems) used to process your transactions on the e-Store, your use of those systems are subject to additional terms of service of those third party operators, and your use of those systems is entirely at your own risks. For any issues arising from your use of those systems, you are responsible to handle such issues with the relevant third party operator directly.
   
• MTRCL shall not be liable or responsible to you (and/or any other parties) for any acts, omissions and/or contraventions (if any) of any other third party merchants and/or third party operators, or otherwise for any matters that are outside of MTRCL’s control.
   
• You hereby acknowledge and confirm that any and all actions, decisions and/or transactions that you may make or conduct on or through the e-Store are exercised based on your own independent judgment and at your own risks.
   
• For avoidance of doubt, nothing in these General Terms and Conditions operates to exclude any liability that MTRCL cannot lawfully exclude under applicable laws, including MTRCL’s liability for death or personal injuries caused by our own negligence.
   
• The General Terms and Conditions, and your transactions on the e-Store, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"). You agree to irrevocably submit any disputes (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising from or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions and/or your transactions to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
   
• MTRCL reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any disputes.
   
• Except for the relevant MTRCL Subsidiaries (where applicable), the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of Laws of Hong Kong) shall not apply to these General Terms and Conditions. For any third party rights conferred hereunder, their consent is not required to rescind or vary these General Terms and Conditions.
   
• In the event of any discrepancies or conflicts between the English and Chinese versions of these General Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
