"Important Notice"

The combined dimensions of the pet-specific carrier (length, width, and height) must not exceed 170 cm, and no single side should exceed 130 cm.

(Correct Demonstration - Before entering the Light Rail platforms, pet cat/dog must be placed completely inside a pet-specific carrier or backpack with ventilation features and ensure it is fully closed with no body parts of the cat/dog exposed.)

(Incorrect Demonstration)
Passengers should assess the physical and mental condition of their cat/dog before traveling. If the cat/dog shows signs of discomfort, abnormal behaviour (e.g. excessive barking, struggling), or other emergencies during the ride, for the safety of the animal, passengers should disembark at the next station. If the carrier needs to be opened, please leave the Light Rail premises first.
Only electronic "Cat/Dog Carrying Pass" is available, no physical version will be provided.
After purchasing the "Cat/Dog Carrying Pass", it cannot be altered, exchanged, refunded or transferred to other Members.
Passengers are required to comply with the Terms and Conditions (here). MTRCL reserves the right to refuse entry to any cat or dog into Light Rail premises without any refund.
