New 1:120 Ktt Diecast Train Model Series

To celebrate the reopening of the "Station Rail Voyage: Explorer" exhibition, a brand-new 1:120 diecast Ktt (Kowloon-Canton Railway Through Train) train model series will be launched. This collection features a meticulously crafted replica of Locomotive No. 2, along with two double-deck coach models in distinct liveries. Recreate the 10-coach-2-locomotive formation or mix and match liveries to design your own unique train.

 

The Ktt began service in 1998. Depending on the operation, the train formation could include as few as 7 coaches with 1 locomotive and as many as 10 coaches with 2 locomotives. The most recent train in service was a 10-coach-2-locomotive formation.

 

The following shows the 10-coach-2-locomotive operational train formation during the late service period, prior to retirement :
