If the order includes products other than "Green Low Carbon Day 2025 Commemorative Ticket", customer can collect the "Green Low Carbon Day 2025 Commemorative Ticket" at MTR e-Store - Hong Kong West Kowloon Station on the next day of ordering. The rest of the ordered items will arrive at MTR e-Store - Hong Kong West Kowloon Station within 3 – 5 working days after the order is received. A notification email will be sent when the remaining items are ready for collection.

Holder of the ticket can enjoy two days of unlimited rides* on the MTR on 9 and 10 November 2025. MTR will donate^ the proceeds to the Chest for each Commemorative Ticket sold after cost deduction.

*Terms and Conditions of the Commemorative Ticket:

- Ticket valid on 9 and 10 November 2025 only, for 2 days of unlimited travel on the MTR domestic journeys, Light Rail, MTR Bus and MTR Feeder Bus (except Airport Express, High Speed Rail, East Rail Line First Class, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau and Racecourse stations)

- Ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable. Malfunctioning ticket may be replaced at MTR Customer Service Centres (except Light Rail) on 9 or 10 November 2025 only

- Ticket may be kept as a souvenir

- Only order confirmation e-mail (non-tax-deductible) will be issued for individual participation via MTR e-Store
