MTR and Citybus are both celebrating their 45th anniversary. On this special occasion, the two public transport operators have teamed up for the very first time on a souvenir.

For 45 years, MTR and Citybus have upheld their missions to “keep cities moving” and “fuel the city dynamics” respectively by providing quality public transport services. The 45th anniversary commemorative model set is inspired by the daily “meetings” between the two that take place, rain or shine, at Exhibition Centre Station, where the East Rail Line meets Citybus route 1M following the MTR line’s extension in 2022.

Features of the models:

🚇MTR mini diecast train: Livery design is inspired by the colours of various MTR lines. The number “45” can be found on both the train body and cab.

🚌Citybus model bus: With Citybus’s signature yellow, red and blue colours as the base, the model bus carries a special 45th anniversary design as well as the slogan “fuel the city dynamics”.

The set includes:

- 1 piece of MTR Mini Diecast Train – East Rail Line R Train (45th Anniversary Special Edition)

- 1 piece of 1:120 Citybus ADL ENVIRO400 10.4m – Route 1M Exhibition Centre Station (45th Anniversary Special Edition)
