Terms and Conditions


1. The organiser of this promotion is MTR Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser"). The lucky draw ("Lucky Draw") is only applicable to MTR Mobile registered users.

2. The promotion period is from 19 June 2024 to 18 July 2024 (both dates inclusive). This is hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period".

3. The Lucky Draw is applicable to existing or newly registered users of MTR Mobile (“registered user”) who fulfilled the requirements in Clause 4 below during the Promotion Period (“Eligible user”).


4. During the Promotion Period, each Eligible user must fulfil the following conditions to enrol in the Lucky Draw:

1. User has downloaded the latest version of MTR Mobile;
2. User is a registered user on MTR Mobile with a valid account;
3. User must log in to their MTR Mobile account and check-in at designated page at least one time.

5. Each Eligible user can earn Lucky Draw Chance(s) by completing the designated task(s) listed below to earn lucky draw chances.

6. The above-mentioned transactions which are eligible for lucky draw chances are also required to meet the requirements for earning MTR Points including, but not limited to, eligible transactions, payment methods, spending amount requirements and required documents for submission. The eligibility of granting lucky draw chances will follow the same requirements of MTR Points earning. For details, please refer to MTR Points Promotion Terms and Conditions on the MTR Mobile promotion page.

7. Eligible user will be enrolled in the Lucky Draw automatically with the respective number of lucky draw chances depending on the type of Designated Tasks completed and no further registration is required.

8. Lucky Draw chances entitlement from all designated tasks will be counted based on the records from Organiser as final.

9. The Eligible transaction must fulfil the following conditions:

i. During the Promotion Period, the Eligible users are required to make a valid transaction in qualifying merchants at designated MTR Malls and MTR Shops with electronic payment, complete the registration for “Self-earn” through MTR Mobile by 19 July 2024 23:59  and successfully earn MTR Points. For the list of designated MTR Malls and MTR Shops, please refer to MTR Mobile.

When registering for " Self-earn", users are required to submit a machine printed sales receipt and cardholder copy of corresponding electronic payment slips (if applicable) or screencap of the electronic payment transaction that matches the actual payment amount. Each registration should submit only one receipt. If there are more than one receipts, separate registration is required. Any disputes must be raised with MTR Corporation Limited by 21 July 2024 23:59.

ii. During the Promotion Period, Eligible users who make purchases at MTR e-Store via website or MTR Mobile, are required to log in to MTR Mobile Registered Account before making payment and successfully earn MTR Points by 19 July 2024 23:59.

10. Each Eligible MTR Mobile registered account has chance to win two concert tickets. The Lucky Draw will be held on 24 July 2024. A total of 200 winners will be randomly drawn by a computer system of MTR from all the Eligible MTR Mobile registered accounts enrolled in the Lucky Draw. Each winner will receive two tickets. Each Eligible MTR Mobile registered account can have more than one lucky draw entry but can only win the Lucky Draw prize once.

11. The list of winners will be published in the Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 26 July 2024.

12. The information provided by the participants may not be changed. All information is subject to the records of MTR Mobile. Duplicate registrations, incorrect or incomplete information will be deemed invalid. The Organiser reserves the right to therefore disqualify any participation or award.

13. Anyone who participates in this promotion signifies that he/she understands and agrees to the "Terms and Conditions" of this promotion. In case of any violations, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify him/her from participation or winning the prize, and to hold him/her accountable for any behaviours that disrupt this promotion.

14. The winner will receive an MTR Mobile inbox message and an email notification from the Organiser to claim their prizes. A winner must bring the inbox message/email notification sent to him/her to collect the prize in person at the designated location. When claiming the prize, the "Settings" page of the registered user account must be opened to display the registration number to verify the winner's identity (screenshots are not accepted). If the winner's identity cannot be verified due to inaccurate and/or incorrect personal information provided by the winner or for any other reasons not caused to the Organiser, or the winner fails to receive the prize notification or to claim the prize, his/her eligibility will be revoked and the Organiser will not take any responsibility or provide any form of compensation.

15. In respect of the arrangement for collection of the rewards, it will be uploaded to the “Rewards” in the winner's MTR Mobile App and winners will be notified via MTR Mobile inbox message and email on or before 26 July 2024.

16. If the winner fails to claim the prize before the date specified in the prize notification, the winner will be deemed to have waived the right to win the prize. Winners may not transfer their prize eligibilities to others.

17. The allocation of concert seats is randomly arranged by a computer system and attempt to allocate adjacent seats where possible. If adjacent seats are not available, the system will assign two non-adjacent tickets to each winner. One ticket admits one person.

18. The terms of use of concert tickets will be governed by the terms of the organiser of the concert. The Organiser will not reissue or replace tickets and will not be held responsible for lost or defaced tickets.

19. All prizes cannot be resold and exchanged for cash, other products or offers. Any unused services or entitlements will be cancelled without compensation after the validity period of the prizes has expired.

20. The Organiser is not the supplier or manufacturer of the prizes of this promotion. Prizes are provided as-is. The Organiser makes no warranties, representations or guarantees, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any merchantability of a relevant prize or its fitness for a particular purpose. Any complaints about a prize should be directed to the supplier or manufacturer of the relevant prize. The Organiser will not be liable for any direct or indirect injury, loss and/or consequences that may arise from the use of the prize or its related services by the winner.

21. If it is discovered that a participant uses an empty account, a fake account or hacks and/or modifies the software program in any way, or the Organiser has reasonable grounds to believe that the participant participates in or procures others to participate in the promotion by any unfair, dishonest, improper or illegal means, or promotes others to participate in this promotion for any benefit without the prior consent of the Organiser, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the relevant participants from participation and/or winning the prize. The Organiser reserves the right to pursue any actions that interfere with and/or disrupt the promotion.

22. If the concert is postponed or cancelled due to the organizer of the concert or force majeure or other reasons, MTR Mobile will not assume any responsibility, and the prizes given to the winners will not be compensated in other ways.

23. The Organiser has the final and binding decision on any disputes related to this promotion.

24. Terms and Conditions of MTR Points Promotion applies to MTR Mobile registered users.

25. Should there be any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of the terms and conditions herein, the Chinese version shall prevail.
